Partaking

Partaking is an association working both at national and international levels. It cooperates with research institutions, schools, and other associations; its initiatives are mainly based on the use of visual participatory techniques with the aim of triggering changes, either individual or social, in the actors (individuals or communities) involved in its projects. Our association deals with those segments of society that due to linguistic or cultural differences, financial or social difficulties have fewer opportunities of self-expression and of actively participating in the identification and resolution of issues relevant to their community. These activities must be considered within a holistic approach to knowledge, where experts and subjects involved share their experiences to promote a horizontal knowledge-making process.
